DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.
Purchased items will be dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been made. For international orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to arrive, and up to 3 days within The Netherlands. If you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please notify Pins & Juice via pinsandjuice@gmail.com.
Pins & Juice is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Pins & Juice cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
Payment, prices, shipping & handling charges
For both domestic and international orders we only accept PayPal.
All prices include handling or taxes (total at end) excl. shipping, if delivered to customers within the European Union. For customers outside the European Union, additional charges such as duties and custom costs may apply. As mentioned before, the buyer is responsible for any of these costs.

Exchange rates change daily, and Pins & Juice is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation.
